Do you see yourself as a (future) young leader responsible for making a positive contribution, but feel that you are lacking the tools that can drive real systemic change?
The Swiss Study foundation is sponsoring 4 supported students to participate at the One Young World Switzerland Caucus 2024. This two-day meeting brings (future) young leader together to “create tomorrow’s organizations and transform those of today”. This year’s Caucus will focus on how (young) leaders ensure they understand and stay true to their own values, how they ensure they are embedded in their organizations, and how they can influence positive change more broadly in their industry and beyond. Participants will learn and discuss about these topics at main and breakout sessions as well as workshops, and will also have lots of opportunities to connect with peers.
